I've tried to make my terms very simple but it's hard when I sell a variety of products. However; one thing is ALWAYS true:
You may NOT share or sell anything from my site in the form that you purchased it. You must make a new product with the items either by adding to a new item in merged format,adding additional graphics or personalization and sell on your OWN web site(if you want to put items on a multi-vendor site...email me for permission) or printing out for craft shows. The only exception to this is the *Reseller products.
**PLEASE NOTE:
NO PRODUCT WITH GRAPHICS FROM NITWIT COLLECTION IS TO BE SOLD AS A DIGITAL PRODUCT! EVERYTHING MUST BE PRINTED OUT FOR YOUR CUSTOMER. YOU MAY PERSONALIZE THE ITEM AND THEN SELL....JUST NO DIGITAL DOWNLOADS.
UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN THE DESCRIPTION, my terms are as follows:

COMMERCIAL TERMS OF USE:
If the product is a graphic collection or scrap kit and is marked CU, it means you may use them to create NEW products and sell that product on your OWN web site as a digital product....unless it has graphics from Nitwit Collections.
If the product is a wrapper and marked CU okay....then you may use a display of the wrapper on your OWN web site by putting a watermark on it and offer to personalize for your customer...you would be selling a finished printed item...no digital downloads.
BORDERS & ELEMENTS:
CU is okay and no credit required for these items ONLY.
READY TO PRINT ITEMS:
These items are NOT to be offered as a digital download...that would be selling them "as is" but you ARE allowed to print them out and sell a finished wrapped product to your customers or at a craft show.
CU4CU:
This section has only 3 rules:
1. You may NOT make it grey-scale or recolor
2. You may NOT share or sell it "as is", you must put it on something or personalize it...it may be a digital download.
3. Please DO NOT claim that you made it....credit is NOT required, but appreciated
*Reseller Products*:
*You may resell these products on your OWN web site without any addition licenses...I have purchased them for you!
*You MUST list the original artist for the graphics along with my site in your descriptions..for example: "Original artwork by Cheryl Seslar purchased from Creations By G" with a link to http://www.creationsbyg.com
*You may use my preview or make your own but you MUST add the "resell tag" on your preview.
*You MUST sell the sets the way you purchased them...you CAN NOT break them up or add them to other sets to sell. You CAN NOT sell them as singles.
*Your customers can in turn use the graphic to make digital designs to sell on their own web sites.But that customer can not resell it.
*You may set your own price for the graphic sets as long as it's more than $1 and you may sell it an unlimited number of times.
*You may use the graphics for your own personal use or make items to sell either digitally or as a printed product as long as proper credit is given.
*You CAN NOT recolor any item or claim them as your own.
*You CAN NOT use these products to share or make freebies to share on yahoo groups or forums. Please make sure your customers know that they can not use them for freebies either.
COLOR YOUR OWN GRAPHICS:
*You may NOT sell these graphics "as is"...you must color them first.
*You may sell your colored graphics on your own web site as long as they never are sold for under $1.00
*Your customers may then use them on their own digital products...ON a merged file...they may NOT sell them "as is".
*You must sell the set together...as you purchased it. You may NOT mix it with other sets or as single graphics.
*You may use the individual pieces to make your own digital product...as long as the graphic is put on a merged file.
*You may use up to 4 of your colored graphics to put in a scrapkit.
*You must give credit to the original artist and Creations By G.
*You CAN NOT use these graphics to make freebies or share on any yahoo group.
Things you can NOT do with things on my site:
You may not sell or share anything "as is".(except the *Reseller products)
You may not claim them as your own; you may not alter them in any way and call them your own.
You may not make them into tubes or brushes and redistribute them.
You may not offer these graphics themselves for download on any webpage or send them through any list such as a newsgroup, yahoo group,
ftp site or include them in any kind of graphics collection.
No mass production.
Please give credit to Creations By G plus the artists that I mention in the description or preview.
